A series of ballet and low impact exercises designed to promote endurance, strength, balance, posture, and flexibility.

A little bit about the instructor:
After a very successful 50-year career as a professional ballet dancer, educator, and choreographer Ms. G has collected a vast knowledge and created a completely new revolutionary system to prolong a healthy and active body thru ballet vocabulary. Class exercises are flexible and appropriate to age and physical ability.
The school has gone paperless! Please follow the instructions below to register for our classes through DanceStudio Pro!

2) Create A Student Profile
This is the information for whomever will be taking classes at Cleveland Ballet Theatre. Please be sure to fill out all the important contact information! You must enter a valid birth date or the options for classes will not appear.
3) Register For Classes
Click the class you want and easily pay with PayPal right then and there! You can also sign up for AutoPay so you never miss a payment and will never be charged the $30 late fee.
